• You will not misrepresent your qualifications, year of study, or university.
• You will behave professionally in all communications with project supervisors.

Professionals may post research projects and manage student applications through Publabs.

By posting a project, you confirm that:

• You have the appropriate authority and permissions to advertise the opportunity.
• The project description is accurate and not misleading.
• You will engage with applicants in a fair, professional, and non-discriminatory manner.
• The project complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission.
• Use the Services to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Impersonate any person or organisation.

All content, branding, and technology on the Publabs platform is owned by or licensed to Publabs Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform, but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content for the purposes of operating the Services.
